GENERAL INFORMATION FOR POSTER SESSION AND PREPARATION

• The Poster Presentation Area is located at the Pre Function Area on the 3rd floor, Bangkok Marriot Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel.
• All posters must be hanged in the poster area from Monday 5th to Thursday 8th.
  Poster hanging: December 4th from 09.00 - 17.00 hrs.
  Poster removal: December the 8th from 2:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m.
• Poster presentation: We will host two poster sessions when the poster presenter must be presenting their findings. The date and time for each poster will be provided in the final program.
  - Even numbers will be presenting on Monday from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
  - Odd numbers will be presenting on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m

POSTER PRESENTATION BOARDS

• Poster size should be A0 portrait oriented (width: 84.1 cm / 33.1 inch, Length:118.9 cm / 46.8 inch). Please do not exceed these dimensions
• The congress will povide adhesive tapes to mounting your poster. No other of mounting
  is allowed (you cannot use: glue, pins, etc.)
